FORMS for 2012:
Season Summary: Injuries took a heavy toll on the 2011 freshman football squad. After winning some aerly games in convincing fashion many of our players seasons were derailed by untimely injuries. Victories over local rivals Raritan and Red Bank highlighted a season that saw several of our young men move up and see action on the varsity level in state playoff action. Today your 2011 season concludes while your 2012 seaon is just commencing. Weight training is a neccessity for both performance and injury prevention. Coach Ed Hernandez a certified strength and conditioning coach will monitor our facility on a daily basis affording our young men a great oppurtunity to trai nwith the best. I strongly urge all to get involved and TRAIN!

IMPORTANT:
Your athlete should be drinking AT LEAST 1/2 gallon of water per day. He should also eat something before practice, be it in the morning or the afternoon. Stay away from soda!!!!!
