Sports Physicals
All students athletes who wish to participate in a sport in the 2010-2011 school year will need to have an updated physical package on file in the Athletic Office.
Completed packages must be submitted to the Athletic Office at the High School no later than July 23rd. Please make sure all pages are completed and your doctor has signed and stamped the last page of Section B.
LAST CALL...our school doctor will be conducting sports physicals on Thursday, July 29th from 9 am to 11am. You will see the doctor on a first come, first serve basis. This will be your last opportunity to receive a sports physical with our school doctor prior to the start of the Fall Sports season.
