    Important Announcements:

    1) THERE WILL BE PRACTICE 6 DAYS A WEEK rain-sleet or snow unless school is cancelled

    2) PRACTICE IS MANDATORY you need at least six day of practice before competition

    3) PLEASE MAKE  doctors and other appointments for after practice if you can.

    4) Please make arrangements to pick your child up after all practices and meets

    5) Please inform your coaches about any injuries and then see the trainer

    6) All CODE OF CONDUCTS must be signed by PARENT AND CHILD BEFORE YOU CAN COMPETE

     

    2) There will be a brief parent's meeting on Wednesday MARCH 4TH at 6:30 in the health rooms to briefly discuss the Husky Relay Event. Volunteers and Donations are desparately needed. 

    1. Buy good shoes trainers and competition spikes. I would advise RUNNER HIGH in Freehold use my name get a 10% discount . They will put you in proper shoe to keep you healthy
