Upon graduating from the College of the Holy Cross, Mr Tyburczy began his career in education as an Assistant Football Coach at his high school alma mater, Saint Mary High School, Rutherford, New Jersey. Seeking advancement in the field, Mr. Tyburczy moved on from Saint Mary High School, taking a position at Marist High School, Bayonne New Jersey, where he entered into the classroom as a Teacher of Social Studies while continuing to coach as well.
At Marist High School, Mr. Tyburczy wore many hats, as he was also appointed to the administrative position of Director of Athletics. Following a two year stint at Marist High School, Mr. Tyburczy, again seeking advancement in the field, moved on to Middletown High School North, where he taught Social Studies and coached both football and track & field. Following a successful seven year period in Middletown, Mr. Tyburczy would again advance in the field of education by being appointed to the position of Assistant Principal in Charge of Athletics in the Matawan-Aberdeen Regional School District.
For the past seven years, Mr. Tyburczy has worked at Matawan Regional High School as an administrator responsible for overseeing both the district's athletic programs and the high school's physical education department.
Mr. Tyburczy continues to support the students of the district and the community at large by consistently implementing the mission of the athletic department, which is to promote the intellectual, physical, and moral development of students within a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment.
