Hi! My name is Jamie Levine and I am the School Counselor at Cliffwood Elementary School. While this will be my seventh year at Cliffwood, this is my eighth year working as a school counselor. Previously, I have worked as a school counselor in Sayreville, NJ and in Jersey City, NJ. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology with a minor in Education from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst and my Master's of Counseling with a concentration in school counseling from Montclair State University. Additionally, I have completed additional graduate course work in child advocacy and policy and mental health counseling. I have also previously worked as a behavioral health counselor. I am passionate about elementary school counseling and in a proactive, solution-focused approach towards preparing students with the skills and tools needed to be academically, emotionally/socially, and professionally successful. I strive towards making a positive difference in my students' lives and to relate to all students on a personal level.

When I'm not at Cliffwood I like to spend my free time playing with my dog, Rudy, and spending time with my husband and son. I also enjoy sipping on an iced caramel coffee with oat milk from Dunkin' Donuts, dipping my feet in the warm sand at the beach, curling up on the couch with a fluffy blanket to watch Netflix, and having fun with friends.
