    MARSD Fall Season Spectator Guidelines

     

     

    Family ID Registration for Winter Sports will OPEN on October 1, 2020

     Deadline for registering in Family ID

     and submitting an up to date sports physical is October 30, 2020

      

    NJDOE Health History Update Questionnaire

    This document must be printed, completed, signed and returned to the School Nurse.  

    The Nurses at both the High School and the Middle School will be available to accept the completed hard copies of the newly released Health History Update Questionnaire and your completed Sports Physical on August 3rd from 8:00am - 10:30am at the High School and from 1:00pm - 3:30pm at the Middle School, in front of the High School and Middle School buildings.
