    Welcome to the 2022 Track Season!
     
     
    Track Schedule Week of 5/16
     
    Monday 5/16 Away meet @ Holmdel 3:45- Travel team only- Cancelled
    Tuesday 5/17 2:45- 4:00 @ MAMS
    Wednesday 5/18 2:45-4:00 @ MAMS
    Thursday 5/19 2:45-4:00 @MAMS=Cancelled due to weather
         Friday 5/20-2:45-4:00 @ MAMS
     
    Hello student-athletes and parents,
     
     
    Practice will end at 4:00 so all students must be picked up no later than 4:15 daily. Late buses will be available.
     
    Students also need to bring their own water bottles every day. Due to COVID restrictions, we cannot provide water for you.
     
    Students should wear shorts,and/or sweats, and running shoes. Please dress in layers at the beginning of the season because we will be outside and the weather can be unpredictable. Jeans are not allowed

                                                                                      Track and Field Rules and Expectations 
                                   1. All athletes are expected to attend practice regularly. If you cannot attend, you must notify the coach.
                                   2. Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.
                                   3. Give 110% effort at all practices and meets.
                                   4. Academics come first!! Make sure you keep up with grades and homework.
                                   5. Demonstrate good citizenship both on the track and in the community.  You represent the team at all times.
