Degrees and Certifications:

B.A. Theater/Speech M.S.Ed.

Ms. Amanda Munice

Amanda is delighted to join the Cambridge Park community as the Performing and Visual Arts Teacher! She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Speech with a minor in Art and her Masters Degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood from Wagner College. She taught kindergarten and third grade for twelve years before taking time off to raise her daughter.

During her years away from the classroom, Amanda learned about Music Together, the award-winning early childhood music and movement program for families with young children. This program combined her love for music and the arts with her love for working with little ones, so she was thrilled to find out about it! She trained to become a Registered Teacher and Licensed Center Director with Music Together, and opened her own center (Music Together Coastal Melodies) in 2013.

When she isn't teaching, Amanda loves performing in local musical theater productions throughout the area, visiting local beaches, reading books, doing art projects, and spending time with her family. She is also proud to be a Girl Scout troop leader and the adopted mom to two adorable toy poodles named Posie and Penny!
