     Thank you for visiting my page. I have been an educator for 13 years, 11 of which have been a part of the Matawan-Aberdeen family. I received a B.A. in History from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a M.A. in Education also from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I teach social studies in both the pull-out resource room setting, and the in-class resource setting. I am also a Special Olympics coach for our school district.
     
    Children are our future. I believe that it is the essential role of educators to provide classroom experiences that best prepare students for what is to come in life. This is best accomplished providing a safe, comfortable and challenging classroom environment
