    🚨 Fall 2024 Important Information 🚨
    • The first day of practice will be on MONDAY, SEPT. 9TH
      • Runners will report to the Old Gym at dismissal.
      • Practice will be held every school day directly after school.
      • Practice will end at 4:00. Please arrange to be picked up at this time.
      • If you need the late bus, please sign up daily by 1:30 p.m. The late bus will begin Monday, Sept. 16th. You will need a ride home until then.
      • You must be medically cleared to participate.
      • Wear athletic attire with sneakers suitable for running.
      • Bring water.

    • Important Dates:
      • Monday - 9/9 - First Day of Practice
      • Thursday - 10/3 - School Closed [Rosh Hashanah] - NO XC
      • Friday - 10/4 - School Closed [Rosh Hashanah] - NO XC
      • Friday - 10/11 - School Closed [Yom Kippur] - NO XC
      • Monday - 10/14 - In-Service Day - NO XC

    • Physical Drop Off Dates for the 2024 Fall Season:
      • July 30th - 4-6pm - at MRHS
      • August 5th - 4-6pm - at MRHS
      • Only students with a valid physical and who are registered may participate in the fall season
      • Physical Packet

    • Registration Forms:
      • Fall athletes must fill out the Summer/Fall Health History Update Form 2024-25 and the Summer/Fall Sports Participation 2024-25 form
      • This should be completed in Genesis
     THE LATE BUS WILL START MONDAY, 9/16
    (Please arrange to be picked up by a parent at 4:00 for the first week of practice.)
