    MAMS BOYS SPRING TRACK-2013-2014-2015-2016-2017 CHAMPIONS!

    Spring track will begin the first or second week of March
     
     
    The Family ID link for signing up for Spring Sports opens on January 16. The deadline for signing up for track is February 20!
    Step 1-Complete registration on Family ID (Must be completed in Spring even if student-athlete played a Fall or Winter sport)
    Step 2- If the sports physical is expired, print out sports physical doc to be brought to student-athlete's personal physician.   
                                       Completed sports physical docs to be handed into the school nurse.
     
     
    All practices will go until 4:00 so students may take the late bus home.  All students must be picked up no later than 4:15.  Please make sure you sign up for late bus during your lunch period or you CANNOT take the late bus.               
     
    All athletes must bring running shoes, a water bottle and shorts and sweats.  Dress in layers because weather can be unpredictable in the beginning of the season. Must be prepared for both indoor and outdoor practices.  No jeans allowed!

                                                                                  Track and Field Rules and Expectations 
                                   1. All athletes are expected to attend practice regularly. If you cannot attend you must notify the coach.
                                   2. Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.
                                   3. Give 110% effort at all practices and meets.
                                   4. Academics come first!! Make sure you keep up with grades and homework.
                                   5. Demonstrate good citizenship both on the track and in the community.  You represent the team at all times.
