Here are some workouts that can
be done in the luxury of your own home.
Attached is a video for baseball agility and conditioning
drills. These drills will help you utilize all of your
body when completing these workouts. These are
tailored specifically to gain strength and speed
for all positions in the game.
One major component many baseball players
do not realize is how important footwork is to the game.
Whether you are an outfielder, infielder, or catcher, having
good footwork will always have you prepared and be ready
to approach and attack a baseball. The following video
demonstates a drill called the "flamingo drill" in which
infielders will learn the proper footwork of approaching
a ground ball.

One of the most efficient ways to build
arm strength is too long toss and follow a throwing
program. Jaeger Sports Baseball created a program
in which baseball players can build arm strength and
have a 200-300ft throw translate into shorter
distances. This works for all position players and
pitchers. The following video demonstrates how
this can be done:
