Responsibilities of all Behavior Analysts:
- Review program, BIP and behavior data regularly
- Provide ongoing training and feedback
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans as needed
- Adjust existing behavior plans as needed
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management and intervention techniques utilizing Handle with CareⓇ
- Assist with student programming development
Behavior Analysts will:
- monitor and track time spent in each setting
- keep documentation to utilize for meetings and/or consultations
- meet biweekly to discuss on-going cases and interventions
- maintain folders for each student detailing behavior protocols and interventions which are easily accessible to staff
