Mr. Jerabek joined Strathmore Elementary as the principal for the 2023-2024 school year after being the Lloyd Road School Principal for nine years.
He also previously worked as an administrator in Bordentown, Freehold Borough, and Keansburg, working with students in PreK through Grade 8 during time in those districts.
Prior to entering administration, Mr. Jerabek taught Grade 4, 6, 7, and 8 and coached cross country and track and field at the middle, high school, and college levels.
